Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

• Customized or made-to-order mirrors.

• Items returned without original packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
